Information required for Trinatram to commence your project


1. Images showing the time of day and lighting of your renderings.
2. CAD files, including elevations, side, front, back, rear, birds-eye view, etc
3. Sketches if available
4. Camera Angle(s)
5. Sample pictures of textures and colors (Each sample should be titled accordingly)
6. Tentative deadline for the project.
7. Each low resolution will be 1000 pixels (JPG) and its final rendering will be 3000/4000
    pixels (JPG), unless requested otherwise.


Interior Design Process (Steps 1-6)


Client:
   1) Send photo(s) of the room to be designed
   2) Send photo(s) of furniture, items to be added to the room
   3) Send images of the new walls color, floor type

Home Before Interior Deisign With Interior Rendering Design

Trinetram:
    4) Send a quote on cost of the project
    5) Send confirmation of start & completion date
    6) Forward scheme to the client to review


Exterior Design Process (Step 1-8)


Client:
   1) Send photo(s) of house & land to be built on (a site plan if available)
   2) Send photo(s) of the homes, amenities within the area
   3) Provide details on the type of home to be created. (Traditional or Modern).
Trinetram:
   4) Send a quote on cost of the project
   5) Send confirmation of start & completion date
   6) Create Drafts: Elevations, Floor plans etc. and forward drafts to client for approval.
   7) Create construction plans, renderings after approval of drafts
   8) Forward scheme to the client to review
